I think he's just referring to the fact that Link and Mario (two characters who are generally regarded as "not gay") are seen kissing in "support" of gay marriage. I never thought about the fact that the titans in Titanfall and the titans in Attack on Titan have the same weakness (vulnerable area on the back of head/neck).
