@majornougat: Yes about motion controls and in regard to your second question I refer back to my original response. "Because it's a motion based game that requires controllers." So a motion controlled platform without controllers does not meet the requirements. ;)

@majornougat: Because it's a motion based game that requires controllers. ;)

@Dragonfang18: EA has improved a LOT over the past few years. They've taken more chances, released more new IPs rather than sequels or spinoffs (I'm looking at you Activision) and the quality of their games has been on the rise.

@Alicemagic: MGS4 was the final chapter in Snake's saga. This is a spinoff following Raiden. Quite frankly, I'm interested to see what happened to him between MGS2 and 4.

@gebinsk: Huh? There are HTC phones out there running vanilla versions of Android...the Nexus One is the poster child for that.

@FauxFilms: No, it's still on topic. It's a can of worms that spills into all areas of intellectual property. In this case, Sony is protecting the intellectual property of the developers.

@ZeddStar: It's not just playing online. Getting downloadable content, additional free content, patches, etc. All make it worth it in my opinion.

@jayhudgeons: I agree with the sentimentality of what you said, but as an artist (author/songwriter) I'm not too fond of the idea that someone who paid $0.99 for my song or $5.00 for my book can rip it off, copy it, profit it from it, or whatever else.

It's about time. Little upset it's hitting at such a high price and without any real additions that gamers have come to expect when a game hits a platform after another...but I'm looking forward to this regardless.

@Archaotic: Even then, it's not really a prequel. It's still a spinoff. It tells the story of another character involved in a different storyline with his own goals, ambitions, and methods of accomplishing them.

@Archaotic: I think it's been made pretty clear that this isn't a sequel. It's a spinoff.

@Archaotic: Yeah, I'm with you. I don't understand why any game has been developed since Pong actually...I think that told every story that ever needed to be told pretty well.

@Lanhoj: Watch the trailer they posted for the game or the in game footage that Gamespot posted, the game does not require wands at all.

@BadJoJo: Yeah, this replaces the search functionality that Android used to have. This is a more robust version of that app.

@eliavictor: It's similar to the old voice search, but this replaces it and adds a bunch of functionality. I was confused at first as well, but being able to initiate and compose SMS and e-mails with a single voice command is awesome.

@Lanhoj: Why would this be awesome on Kinect and not on Move?

@thehouseofho: New features I can get behind, but the voice recognition of the already existing voice search was fantastic. Just seems strange to tout this as a brand new thing when it's really just an addition to already already existing features.

Wait, I'm confused...I've been doing most of this stuff on my Nexus One already using their voice search. Things like "Navigate to Best Buy Bellevue" and it does it. I can tell it to call businesses, people, search for things, etc. The only thing that seems new is the ability to text someone with a single voice
