That’s “role.” And you're right. The President can't just declare a Secretary of Office Supplies and Refreshments without congressional approval. I am sure Congress had to sign off on President Washington's cabinet picks at some point. All four of them.

Dick Cheney ran the government in those days. I don’t think Dubya could handle it by himself.

Yankees v. Dodgers. I called it.

Naah. Then they’ll put his horrible visage on one of our coins. That’s not the way I want the dollar coin to fully replace the paper bill.

The size and makeup of the Cabinet isn't specified in the Constitution. It's something Washington had to make up.

Do the "actings" get a vote in a 25th Amendment action? Will the SCOTUS roll over 5-4 when they're asked to rule on it?

Ok, I’ve been around a bit, and I will say the “greatness” of America varies from region to region. The part that is most inclined to vote for Trump, not so much.

I’m in the latter half of my 50s. My long term goal is being financially secure enough to retire at 60. So I am fine with a job that i can just *do* without any thoughts about getting promoted, so long as what I am doing now gets me to retirement, or the potential of retirement, on my 60th birthday.

I would say the noncompete is worth extra. A fat bonus in advance, plus a 30% bump. In an era of 3.5% unemployment, one ought to get at least that.

Nope. It's overpriced anyway.

Depends. What state are you in?

Well, beer in particular. There is no misery like sitting...folded in half, actually...on an Embraer 175 with the fasten seat belt sign lit and you urgently have to PEE. To avoid that, I will wait on that overpriced pint of suds.

If I thought I could rely on those payments, I might consider early retirement.

I hear there's a nice, empty one in San Francisco bay that the federal government already owns. There are buildings on it and everything.

That's how the rebels will feed themselves while the Union rolls over them.

The Wash Times is not a right wing rag. Rags are at least useful in cleaning up messes, not just making them.

Ah, the Washington Times. Paper of record for Trump loyalists too high class to actually wear the red hat. Definitely not fake news.

Best to go before boarding. And restrict caffeine and alcohol use enroute.

You never see my cousin Mr. Blackadder, but he’s currently the deputy vice chief of staff in charge of office supplies and toilet paper in the Trump White House. He mainly advises the real chiefs of staff on how to properly suck up to the boss. Thus, he’s also responsible for most of the abrupt departures of key

Also, the first thing they tell you in the Army when you go out on your first pass is not to flash your cash. That’s what you’re doing when you drive around in some ostentatious luxury truck that you can’t even drive well.
