That's why they schedule these things during the hottest part of the summer. 

Wwell, I flew Frontier once. The plane I was to board at 5 AM arrived from Denver at 4:15 and de-boarded a few dozen very, very sleepy passengers. They had to have arrived at their airport at around 1 AM local time to get to San Antonio at 4-ish. Ugh. Anything to save a buck.

SAT is San Antonio, Texas. The USA’s seventh largest city. With about the 147th most significant airport, I admit. Still, flights out of there on Frontier are limited and not particularly convenient. And yes, their online scheduler did suggest flying to Denver and waiting two days there (not three, so sorry), and…

DAYS, not hours. You can't just go to Frontier and say I need to go to this city on such and such date. At least not out of SAT. Almost everything goes through Denver, and the connecting flight may or may not exist on the day you need to fly. 

LOL. From my experience trying to book anything on Frontier, you usually get a three day layover in Denver as part of the deal.

A starter home, more likely. A “decent” house (new-ish construction, ‘good’ neighborhood, HOA that actually makes your redneck neighbors cut the damn grass, etc.) will run more like a quarter million dollars nowadays. A ‘vette might run a hundred grand.

They like their people still. This is because you’re much bigger than the cat, and could you imagine having a midsize dinosaur in your house?
