That was a low fucking blow, Destiny Hope.

I did feel that way about Drop Dead Diva but I've found that, pretty quickly, they got over that and Jane Bingham is treated as a sexy, powerhouse lawyer with no caveats. Men like her and they don't fetishize her by bullshit euphemisms about her weight, "oh i LOVE a curvy woman" <barf>. She just is. The show isn't

He's really doubled-down on the Prince Valiant aesthetic, I'll give him that.

Drop Dead Diva did not make a non-stop deal about the size of the lead actress. There were one or two episodes where it was central, but most of the time it was not. That's why I liked it.

These claims are dubious as shit. His strategy pays little, if any, attention to the ROE and instead relies on a "shoot first" mentality against a highly maneuverable adversary that would end in a massacre on any battlefield.

No shit. Unless you have a machine gunner's nest and 3,000 rounds, you wouldn't stand a chance.

Arizona's real solution: Grandpa driving Land Rover has heart attack, drives off road into cactus. Militia member 42 year old son living at home hears about it, goes to shoot Sikh who owns the local gas station.

You can see the one dude actually put his hand to his head. The rest have pretty amazing poker faces. They know who is paying the bills.

So, exactly like Julie & Julia, then?

Making this funnier to me is remembering something on the Ricky Gervais podcast where Stephen Merchant boasted that he's, "a bit of a mover" and Karl Pilkington countered that his dancing, "just looks like some kind of weird art." As in many things, Karl is not wrong. Love Stephen Merchant.

I look at his teeth and all I can see is this:

That was the old teaching.

Sheryl Underwood needs to shut up and stop embarassing herself with her self-hating antics.

Some of my friend's kids are told to call me by my first name. I find it really obnoxious, personally. When I was growing up, close family friends are always "aunt-" or "uncle-" whatever. It's a term of endearment and respect. Other wise it was Mr. or Ms.

They brought them back because they're ridiculously cheap to produce, and people seem to watch the hell out of them. Capitalism is one hell of a drug.

unpopular opinion time: I think this trend only looks cute on thick black girls.
