Literally everything about the first statement is false, we all know its because of the cut taken from sales and literally nothing else. Thanks for calling that out Luke

I clicked for boobs. I watched the clips for boobs. I did not read a fucking bit of it because words are not boobs. Is this the girl who started “Ok Boomer”? If so, this is not the path I would have taken afterwards, but whatever.

Yeah I’m 29 and now officially have no idea what is going on. I mean, other than the bascis of “people like to watch hot people do stuff”. That will never go out of style.

Really?

“Perfect Storm”—- Ohhhkk. Whatever you want to call your cleavage. Good on her for keeping up the momentum, but a spade is a spade.

I’m officially too old to “get” streamer culture. Like I get it, but I don’t “get” it.

Try again, ya donut. I’m 30ish and immunocompromised, like many other people around you I’m sure, so my life is on the line too.

Whoa so edgy.. go fuck yourself.. people of all ages are dying..

Man Boomer Remover is such a “funny” joke. Would you be willing to share it with your grandparents, or your friend’s grandparents? Ask Italy/Spain/France/China how FUCKING FUNNY IT IS.

Is there objective truth in our subjective realities? I think I’d agree with you here regarding how loaded all of our actions are and are dictated by societal structures, my only point was to say that there are plenty of people who do not see things through this paradigm. And, to them, politics is a much more limited

I don’t think his comments were confusing at all. Especially with his other statements further clarifying the matter. To some people, the definition of politics means what its dictionary definition would claim it to be, and not something inherent to all of human interaction, as if it’s a force of nature or culture.

Be a man.

Seriously, that’s basically all it takes. Occasionally a trainer trying to get new clients will talk to you but that is about it.

This reminds me - leave women alone, they want to be left alone just like you do.

I would think most people saying cosmetic transactions would be ok, were also thinking “if they’re reasonably priced”. Of which not one game I can think of that has them these days doesn’t try to rob the player blind.

I like to think that one of the cool things about Kotaku is that you can come here for more information than you’ll get from a publisher’s press release. This is a good example of that. It’s not necessarily controversial or explosive info — it’s just context that you won’t find anywhere else.

The problem is that this particular metaphor is being applied to a video game.

Yep. The common criticism to this is reflected in our world history: it repeats because we never truly learn. Gen Z is already pointing fingers and summarizing Millenials as the “complicit” generation, meaning they know of the injustice and wrongdoings in the world, but they don’t want their Netflix queue interrupted.

Now playing

And the funny thing? The same damn thing happened to my boomer generation! My eldest brother (born in 1951) was drafted to go to Vietnam, where he went through Hell and suffered it’s aftereffects for the rest of his life (he died in 2016 at 65 of cancer). He was sent by members of the previous generation.

Life in Aggro has a decent set-up, but a dumb punchline, unnecessarily latching onto a topical meme which will be forgotten in a month or less.

15 years since the HL2: Episode 2.

It’s been 15 fucking years of begging, 15 years of jokes, and memes, and whispers, and “leaked” scripts from Laidlaw that amounted to a whole lot of fuck all.

Now, after FIFTEEN goddamn years we’re finally getting a new Half-Life title, one coming directly from Valve....and it’s a

This is a smart move by Valve!

VR only?
If so, they can shove it up their asses.
