Absolutely. I have three kids, the oldest 7 and the youngest 2. I’m an excellent swimmer. The issue is not being able to swim necessarily, it’s swimming and keeping three other little people afloat at the same time even in calm weather. Anyone with kids was automatically at a disadvantage.

The only fools were the captain and the boating company who still allowed business to happen that day. It’s unfair to assume that customers of any kind of tourism or activity like this, know anything about boating. Cause most times they don’t.
