Yeah but if you treat them that way they’ll just leave. There are always competitors. A good customer service rep will make the customer THINK they’re right, while actually manipulating them into additional sales. I say this as a 10+ year customerservice worker.  

Worked in customer for service for years , in person and in call centres and i really feel they should get rid of the customer is always right and change it to the customer is only right....when they are right. If a customer is in the wrong then i am getting fed up with the way people who serve them have to do this…
