Louie changes the sign from Scrooge's dollar to the pound symbol, presumably because it looks like an "L." Flintheart Glomgold has a pound symbol instead of a dollar sign in the comics.

I’m genuinely torn as to whether the Patriots are Basically Good for giving otherwise decent guys a second chance, or Mostly Bad for also giving supremely talented rapists and murderers a second chance.
Not the Antonio Brown come back story I expected.
- “Ok, we ran out of budget, but kids 6 through 10 will love it! GLOM TALES!” The 18-40 demographic, too!
Awesome!
It’s funny that Glomgold thought he needed Beaks as a Gyro when Gyro is not what I would call a member of the family.
I wish the Scrooge/Glomgold bet had been at the forefront of the season a bit more - there are clear parallels to the firefly fruit arc from the original show and the final “weighing” feels like it would’ve benefitted from more anticipation and build up. I do enjoy how Glomgold’s CEO pretty much can’t wait to work…
I have many, MANY issues with this show, but one of them is definitely not Glomgold. I absolutely adore the little idiot every time he’s on screen. As soon as that intro came up I was laughing like an idiot.
I think it feels less like an arbitrary decision and more that Bubba just works better as a one off call back rather than a regular or recurring character like Webby or Doofus. He’s fine in one episode, but there’s not really anything to explore in the long term. I was pretty relieved when he was deposited back in his…
Agreed. “Killmotor Hill!” hit that sweet, “Civil War” spot where everyone got their little character moment, but the story was still very much about Lena’s development and how she’s changed since the first season. I think it may be in my top ten of the season.
“Look at Tua and Lawrence. And did you see that kid from South Carolina hung 72 yesterday....”
If only the AD had actually managed to hire Jon Gruden in 2017. There’s a real football coach that would never let anything embarrassing like this come to pass at a football team he was in-charge of!
Still more conference championships than Notre Dame.
People care about a lot of teams that never win much, there’s nothing wrong with that. What’s insane about UT fans is that literally they start every season thinking they’re destined to win the national championship that year. Sports radio here in August is a parade of lunatics predicting 10, 11, 12 win seasons.
Well it’s coming out now that the $30 million wasn’t fully guaranteed. $14.5 would have been paid if he is on the opening day roster and $15 million if he was on the roster after the new league year starts.
Erratic behavior, change in personality, impaired judgment, impulse control problems, aggression. I wonder what could have caused all this?
As others have suggested, yeah the Raiders come off as hilariously incompetent pedants here. It was never worth risking what Brown could do on the field just to prove some This Is Football points by fining him after it seemed they were on the way towards a potentially happy reunion. But... reserve the language of…
“Off screen, in the back, something happens, and the host is back. What happened?”
Racist bullshit double-standard! If a white player used the n-word they’d be...oh wait, Richie Incognito is a Raider, you say? Carry on.
louie has trouble connecting with della and is reaching out to goldie!! they beat you over the head with it!!!! louie is the least accepting of his mom’s return and the episodes after the reunion (including this one!!!) have shown us that della isnt protective in the way the boys obviously need, and it worries them!!!!…
