But Gene does have an ex-girlfriend!

YAPYAPYAPYAPYAP!

The “I’ll” in that drove me crazy! Olive is already “I’ll have.”

Maybe it was corny and predicatble, but I didn’t see it coming when Linda said “Aww, we got us a Cyrano de-burger-ac situation!” Linda and Bob are made for eachother.

DR. YAP! DR. YAP! DR. YAP!

Gene, on being faced with a box of old teeth: “Where’s the rest of Michael Caine, YOU MONSTER!?!”

“... according to Acevedo, when a police officer confronted Bennett, he told them ‘Fuck you,’ and ‘You all must know who I am, and I could own this motherfucker. I’m going on the field whether you like it or not.’ The officer then walked away from Bennett.”

“the case is all based on the recollection of the officer.”

Now they want to gerrymander the time zones? Fucking GOP.

Only a tiny, tiny, tiny portion of Maine is closer to the 60th meridian than the 75th. So it doesn’t even make sense for New England to do this.

It’s not the giant exposition dump that the first movie is, and the flashbacks have a bit of flair. The kids start gelling into their roles. That said, the enterprise is still hampered by Chris Columbus’s leaden direction.

Also the wan string of comments on this review makes me nostalgic for the pre-Kinja AVC, where the Bob’s Burgers reviews would have 20-30 comments within an hour and they were all quotes.

That Sunday night look from D’Antoni is a travesty. I thought West Virginia only existed because the natives didn’t want to wear grey coats?

There seemed to be a lot of “serious basketball people” on Twitter really pleased to see UMBC get “exposed.” It must be strange to hate fun.

If this is my kid, or if I’m a coach that gives half a shit about his future there’s no way his ass get’s off the bench.

“Here’s the reaction from a UMBC-area bar.”

I enjoyed this, ESPECIALLY for the token anguish shots from the crowd. Anyone who didn’t enjoy (or is at least compelled to watch) the tears from fans and players alike is a damned liar.
