A straw man argument is when you make up an argument for an opposing viewpoint then attack that argument. I made no argument for Nintendo Haters, just stated that they exist. Are you saying they don’t?

Nah, that’s completely wrong. Plenty of valid reasons to hate a company, although none I can think of for the ones you listed.

Nintendo haters always gonna hate on Nintendo, but any other company they’d make a big announcement about this weeks beforehand and charge 3.99 for it.

Why don’t they just call it something generic that captures the SPIRIT of the show, like

I think a lot of the hate it gets is from people not understanding the difference between a show intended for all ages or written with periphery demographics in mind, and a show written for kids with the occasional parental bonus gag. Gumball is the latter and some people can’t actually process that.

Well considering Fillion basically beat North out for every major live action role he was ever in the running for, and now is gunning to play a character literally based on North’s personality, Cayde-6 feels more like North going “Doesn’t feel so good, does it” to me

Three or four, actually. Please do no conflate using an extra period that isn’t actually extra with ignorance about political matters.

I love Fillion, but considering he kept beating North out for role after role in their careers it seems like a low blow to see Fillion playing the role North put so much of himself into.
