Because we saw the refugee fleet arrive at Kharak; many ships having failed along the way, those that made it limping and barely controllable. There weren’t any warships, they’d just lost a war and been exiled. But after that, they established a city around the wreck of the Khar-Toba before its power core failed, then

I’m not sure I’m as happy with it now being a prequel. I mean, I was kinda expecting it ever since I heard the game was going to be officially Homeworld, but I don’t think it was necessary and it could be limiting.

Always good to see Dragon!

No, it honestly doesn’t ring a bell.

[laughing] I had not heard that one. Really? Hahaha.

I had also had that idea, heh. But I’m not sure how well it’d work in practise.

Not going to happen, as remember she’s still in the Lifestream in AC. But they could expand her role after that event in some way to keep her actively relevant. I’d be surprised if they didn’t alter the exact specifics of her through the game in some way.

I played that on an emulator, with a computer/emulator that couldn’t quite handle it. Thus I had dramatic slowdowns with certain scenes, including the vocals, which had me laughing so incredibly hard at times.

The game is full of giant bugs. Giant bugs that will kill you. (Goddamn spiders being able to shoot through buildings)

The joy of the EDF series is that they’re B-movie-terrible. Sometimes intentionally, often just because. They know they’re ridiculous, and they don’t care.

Well isn’t that interesting.

The shallow depiction of the Brotherhood are one of the largest immersion-breakers for me. Don’t get me wrong, the Brotherhood have ALWAYS been dicks. But most of the time they can be reasoned with and made to see practicality if not moral sense. But in FO4, any ability to have an effect on the factions is withheld,

It is scary how well that gif syncs up with the OPM OP.

Pochi and Tama are happy.

Wow. I feel better about myself having bought multiple copies of the first one, because it’s worth having in multiple places. A fantastic game, so much credit and thanks to those who made it happen.

I KNEW I’d seen this before!

I can appreciate what the anime has done to construct a solid narrative after dropping half the plot elements from the manga, but I still vastly prefer the manga and that’s what I’m going to stick with.

You have excellent taste in avatars, anime and subtle trolling. Come to AniTAY, we like people like you.
