Or Discovery’s first season.
Or Discovery’s first season.
Apart from Annihilation I would agree. Cloverfield Paradox was really truly dire.
Here’s hoping Disney has the balls to “investigate matters” and make an informed decision on Gunn’s firing.
“We like to keep our characters as static as their sales.”
“to me, a happy Batman is the end of Batman”
A tweet from Bungie last night indicates that Destiny 2's gnarly Whisper of the Worm quest is now temporarily closed, and that it’ll return “next week.” I’ve asked Activision if they can clarify the precise timing. For now, safe bet is it’ll return this coming weekend. I’ll be there when it does.
the concern definitely is that these right agitators are stealing the methods of legitimately taking down bad actors to use them against people who have political views they do not like. its going to take some soul searching and refinement in the future of how bad tweets are dealt with, because this worked once for…

I don’t want true to life. I want better than life. I want something aspirational and inspirational...you know...fiction.
I could see Steve preparing to make the sacrifice, but Tony stopping him and dying instead. It would complete Tony’s heroic arc and reconcile the two of them.
I sure hope not, but I’m trying not to be too optimistic and maybe be surprised. Cap and Iron-Man biting it would certainly deflate my enthusiasm for the Marvel movies.
