How is being required to be on the same wifi network as the PS5 it’s streaming from “On The Go?”

This was pretty well known about since the first season, how is this still news?

Personally my favorite was Armada. I an a bunch of friends would play that game and Dominion War-sized battles that could last hours and result in hundreds of ship casualties.
