I've found Olympic style lifting, it's assists, and kettlebells to be a wonderful form of resistance training. I recommend it, just learn it well and avoid Crossfit. 5,3,1 by Wendler is great for getting strong, it's just not Oly.

I attended a lecture with Syd Mead a few years past where he stated that Cherenkov Radiation blue is his favorite color (and also that orange color the sky often gets along the Cali coast.)
