Can’t say I’ve ever heard “Lit” in that context. I also hear things like “nano visor” and “nano blade” more often than a lot of these (nano visor being a nano-boosted Soldier ult, nano blade being a nano-boosted Genji ult).
I have only ever heard “lit” used to describe an enemy who is at low health, similar to “one-shot.” For example, if I am fighting a Soldier and he sprints around a corner at low health, but near my teammates, I call out “soldier is lit” so they know to focus him down.
