Just to be clear. There is no ban on Muslims. The ban is from people of certain countries entering our country. The fact that a majority of them are Muslim is consequential. I don’t agree with a ban on people entering our country. They are just people, not terrorists. We have other large government agencies…

Anyone with decent tow dollies and a crappy tow truck can tow literally any passenger vehicle with 4 wheels. Having a license to unlock a car to tow properly is better than having your AWD ruined because it got dragged 4 miles on the front wheels lol.

NHTSA - 49 CFR Part 571

All 2012 and up vehicles are required to unlock drivers door and steering column when IR blasted @ 42KHz through the parking sensors. Most tow companies have a license to use it. This guy might not have.
