I was in agreement until I saw the Cognitive v. Complexity match yesterday. That was REALLY fun to watch. HOTS feels really dynamic to me when compared to LOL. My theory is that it is more cost-effective and less risky to do CGI vs. hiring a bunch of extras. Also, fewer ways for your film to leak and negate your advertising budget.
