This is a list of 10 perfectly fine games. And Shadow the Hedgehog.

y’know, I seem to recall this happening in reverse in an Assassins Creed Odyssey DLC and the discourse around both games really just goes to show how fundamentally self-serving we all are. There are people making arguments they aggressively rebuked a few years ago — and the only difference is whose agency was…
the thing I hate more than anything is the zone that transforms into another zone after turn 4. It always seems to “randomly” pick one of the two other existing zones and it ALWAYS picks the shittier of the two. I got two rickety bridges earlier today because of this and I just immediately retreated.
If the daily missions need me to win some Snaps...I will always snap at the beginning because otherwise I just forget to do it until it’s too late.
Though it’s hard to say whether or not “Steam Deck” has become a household name yet
I’m someone who always buys and usually enjoys pretty much every Playstation exclusive and yet...not even I checked out this game simply because it looked utterly devoid of personality. There are too many open world games and too many zombie games and “Biker” was not a compelling gimmick to me whatsoever. Glad to hear…
He was old the first time and he sounds the same lol
Does it need to be explained in 2022 that GotY edition is just marketing nonsense? I am sorry that games publications were not consulted on this so that some measure of integrity could be maintained.
the framing of this game as “failing to build hype” is so wack. Literally everybody I know who loves fighting games or even just has a passing interest in them was so hyped from the trailer yesterday.
Oh you mean they changed the obvious placeholder logo? The one we made a stink about for no reason?
Origins is my least favorite of the three modern ACs. Felt very much like...a proof of concept. It’s got a cool vibe though, I totally understand why somebody would prefer it.
its not great, but it could easily just be a placeholder so I’m not gonna lose any sleep over it
It’s shortsighted to say they sold comparatively given the vastly different reception of both games. You don’t even need spend a lot of money on analytics to determine that a Days Gone sequel would vastly under-perform compared to a Ghosts sequel.
This movie feels doomed at this point.
I would rank 6 much higher. It’s genuinely the most I’ve enjoyed a Far Cry game since 3.
Honestly at this point Far Cry joins the ranks of Dynasty Warriors and Fighting Games where I actually just hate hearing people talk about them if they don’t like them. Either you get it or you don’t at this point, and you’re not going to sway anybody in either direction.
It is a damn miracle that enough legal hurdles were jumped over to get Sora into this game. Just take it as the absolute win that it is.
I played and loved 5e for a long time but these days if I want that kind of experience Pathfinder 2e is where I go. It’s a little bit more complex but I think it buys itself so much more depth as a result. Beyond that I love PbtA, Zweihander, Year Zero Engine — it’s such a good period of time in TTRPGs
I agree. SR4 could be really exhausting due to how over-the-top it was. While SR3 is the better game, I never liked the tone quite as much as I did in Saints Row 2 -- which let itself occasionally take itself seriously in a “whatever the opposite of comedic-relief is” kind of way.
Cammy’s second outfit looks awesome but frankly Cammy in modesty tights is just kinda boring to behold.
