It’s called FIX PUBG, which “is a phrase that we’ve been hearing a lot lately”, the site says. “Bugs, performance problems, and quality-of-life issues have been limiting PUBG’s true potential, and you want it fixed. So we think it’s time to do something about it.”

It seems like a damn waste that it’s on a platform other than the Switch, of course.

I dunno, given the lack of good city builders on mobile, I’d say that this is a pretty big addition to the genre.

Hmmm, I used to have an objection to games that pretty directly rip off gameplay elements from other studios, without really adding that much to the genre. On the other hand, screw you EA.

I mean, I get you, but also every other sporting event has its results posted immediately. So, I guess I’ll say “If you don’t want spoiled, don’t go places where it could be.”

Oh, hey, from a fan who watches this stuff on VoD because it happens in the middle of the night on my timezone, thanks for the big, fat, spoiler image right on the main page.

He needs to have alternate costumes from Watchmen, Rampage, and The Losers.

I feel like there’s a very small subset of people specifically tickled by the idea of Jeffrey Dean Morgan in Tekken and I am amongst them

Yeah. The break is the hard part. But I think I’m easing back in, slowly but surely.

I want to finish Xenoblade Chronicles 2 this weekend, but it’s been difficult to get back into it since I moved last week. I’m on chapter nine, so I might just grin and bear it and just mainline the main quest and forego the side quests. But we’ll see.

Hey Sophie, unrelated:

no ultra boost, no dice

They’ve basically raised enough money for an ACTUAL SPACE MISSION, and it has exactly zero chance of ever yielding anything like what they promised, and a very slim chance of ever resulting in a finished product at all...and they keep asking for more!

Are you kidding? That would mean actually giving people what they want, and we all know that’s not how EA operates.

The fallout for this one is going to be truly epic when it gets there

Im a 60$ backer of mighty no. 9......

Honestly with how long it’s taking them and with all of the scope creep that’s crippled development the opportunity for an actual publisher to swoop in and beat them to the punch is still wiiiiide open.

One of these days we’ll finally get a chance to fly around in space exploring and fighting in personalized ships... and some time after that Star Citizen should come out.

“They didn’t just figure out how to sell DLC for a game that didn’t yet exist,” he said. “They figured out how to sell scope creep itself.”
