Not this one.

I can’t wait for Lexus to extend the grill to the whole vehicle. Rock chips no more!

I think they will announce one at some point. Can’t imagine it would share the platform and engine with the Tundra and not get the hybrid option. Maybe they are saving that for the LX-F?

More Grille!

Sadly not sold in North America but I’d say the Suzuki Jimny is the most old-school modern car you can get, more than the Wrangler as it has stayed true to it’s small, nimble 2dr roots.

50+ year old technology - Body-on-Frame construction, cheap plastic interior, solid axles front and rear with torsion bar suspension, gravity-based power train.

The Mitsubishi Mirage and the Chevy Spark. Both are small, simple, older (relatively speaking) designs. You can even buy a new Spark with manual windows. I’d call them two of the last “disposable” economy cars on the market. Not to say they won’t run a long time if taken care of, but a lot of Mirages I see appear to

This is easy. The Lada Niva Legend. Previously called the 4x4 and before that just the Niva. It uses basically the same engine from 40 years ago just a move to fuel injection.

Obviously not in the USA, but you can still buy a 70-series Land Cruiser brand new! The engine is obviously updated, but everything else is not far off from how it was back in 1984.

Lada Niva Legend. As Motor 1 puts it:

In mother Russia, car is car!

I still wish they made the V8 available with AWD

FOUR MORE YEARS! FOUR MORE YEARS!

Camry, Corolla, Altima.

Man how are still any of the CD Accord generation still left. They have been on the most stolen list for soooo long.

Theory: Theft from rental agencies. These are all pretty popular as rental cars and modern vehicles are relatively difficult to steal without the keys. Relatively speaking, given the ease of theft, it makes sense for rentals to get stolen a lot.

I’d be more interested to see the % of cars stolen per cars registered for each model.

I am pretty worried this will just become standard as they push the “flat” rate higher and higher so only the highest-risk drivers take it and everyone else has to have a monitor in their car. I hope I’m wrong. I worry I’m not.

All I want is a dock for my phone and button/knob controls. The rest of it can go

OEMs are taking the wrong lessons from cable companies. They’re using package deals to bundle a bunch of channels (features) we don’t give a shit about with the couple we do just so they look like they’ve got good market penetration.
