I’ve always considered Ellen to be kind of disingenuous. She supports LGBTQ causes, as long as they don’t threaten her celebrity friendships.

Susan Collins said that Ellen being friends with GWB despite their differences is just like her being ok with confirming Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court even if she disapproves of him sexually assaulting women.
