See, people keep posting stuff like this and I wonder if they missed the fact that this was the alternative to the already-approved plan, the one without any affordable housing. The city builds schools. The developer builds housing. Tanking affordable housing because the city hasn’t built a new school (in addition to their existing ones) to serve it before the housing project has even been approved seems like, at best, a fig leaf of a reason.
