Is this that 12-dimensional chess that you enlightened folk keep claiming is being used by reactionary grifters?

Now just say something about cancel culture, or maybe CRT. My bingo card is nearly full!

Did you mean to reply to someone else? Your comment is nonsensical.

Some people can multitask, kiddo.
I think my issue, more than anything, is that all this is just terribly lazy. It’s not clever, it’s not insightful, it’s not novel or fresh. Dude could mix in some “take my wife!” jokes and they would be about as timely.
Yeah, but being at the top of comedy does not mean the same thing as being at the top of the social hierarchy. It’s pretty easy not to straight up claim that trans women are trying to trick men into sleeping with them, or to defend JK Rowling.
That seems like a lazy way to absolve oneself of the responsibility for one’s own comments, no matter how much they may contribute to a culture that devalues certain communities. I’m sure he’d defend Mike Richards’ need to speak recklessly too. Or Gilbert Gottfried.
I already gave it to you, a couple times: if we invest the state with the power to murder people that it finds insufficiently law-abiding, that can be used by bad actors against those who do not “deserve” it. Also, the intentional taking of human life is wrong, full stop, regardless of how many people you have with…
I’m specifically not talking about this particular case, but about the institution of the death penalty as a whole. If you get bogged down into individual cases, then you can justify pretty much anything-torture, murder, etc. That’s not a good way to discuss large issues like this.
So the state should have the power to murder (because this certainly fits the definition of murder) people that it finds guilty? And you see no issues with that?
My other point is that we judge murder to be immoral, yes? And murder is the intentional taking of a life, correct? So this is murder. We justify it with…
At some point it becomes less about the murderer and more about us as a society. Is it moral for us to kill someone? If we decide to do that, and then plan and execute them, how is that morally different from murder? And, probably most importantly given that we live in the real world, if we can justify the state-sancti…
That’s really unfortunate! I recall trying it when it was in testing phase in my area about a year ago, and it was actually pretty good. I wonder if the product changed, or the people preparing it just are less trained in it?
Fair on the name, it’s actually a Doctor Who reference, but I had to add the “not a real” because nobody got the joke and I ended up having to explain it enough that it got annoying.
You’d be surprised at where the line lies when it comes to trans affirming procedures. Hair removal, breast augmentation, facial feminization, all are covered under at least some health plans. This is because many places are starting to recognize that they are, in fact, necessary and affirming healthcare when it comes…
Disagreeing with you does not mean I have an overinflated ego.
I’d pull up more examples but you deleted them so I can’t find them any more. Here’s what I have: You accused me of making “wild assumptions”. You called me a troll for disagreeing with you. You seem to think that my refusal to listen to you means that I am trying to make everything about me. You accused me of…
I think the current trends are to blame for that, along with the rise of influencer culture and the hyper-focus on having an “Instagram” body, or similar. Lots of terrible factors all coming together to create a really toxic expansion of what was already a dangerous practice.
You literally deleted my comments, champ. I commented on the irony of it. How is it hypocritical? Did I say they shouldn’t comment on my name? Or are you perhaps an idiot?
