I don’t think Arrow really makes a choice between the two women. When the Mad Scientist tells him times up and points the gun at Sarah he yells “no” and jumps in front of the weapon. I think he would have done the exact same thing if the Mad Scientist pointed the weapon at Shado. I just think it was a desperate plea…

I feel like the Flash Pilot would have an opportunity to playback that scene and explain more of what happened, I don't think they'd leave it hanging out there without more explanation.

I think the only reason Ollie threw himself in front of Sarah was because Ivo pointed the gun at her first. If he'd pointed it at Shado, he might've reflexively moved in front of her and Sarah would've died.

Arrow, I love you, but theres no way Quentin Lance could have worked with Diggle, Felicity, and The Arrow a few times this season, and then discuss a crime scene with Diggle, Felicity, and Oliver Queen, and not put two and two together.

The Flash. Solomon Grundy. Ra's al Ghul. Deathstroke origin story. This episode brought the DC stuff hard. Not to mention that truck scene was the most "Dark Knight"ish thing this series has done. In a good way.

1) I loved GG as Barry Allen. It was a great performance, and I'm really interested to see more! Can't wait to see him with his powers, and his suit!
