Yeah, there's no obvious way to reconcile this with The End of Time, but I thought it was a magnificent story. The Doctor isn't a killer, the series has always shown us that, whenever it comes down to the choice, as Eccleston said, he is a coward, any day. And there's courage in that particular cowardice.

As much as I loved 95% of this episode, I have one pretty major peeve. The Time War is supposed to take place all over cosmos, both space and time. Billions are supposed to die and resurrect in an eternal cycle of horror and pain in the heart of the War. Monstrous abominations are supposed to be born from the

he said he was worn out. I guess we don't know how long he was fighting in the Time War. I always assumed with the Time War that it was fought both inside and outside of time since it was said to be "invisible to lesser species." He could have been fighting it for centuries for all we know.

How may Zygons were there, exactly? We could probably get away with giving 'em the Isle of Wight:)

People are forgetting 'The End of the Time'. Gallifrey was already in the Time Lock at that stage, the Time War shown to be clearly OVER (Arcadia was ruined, but no longer under attack, the scattered remains of dalek ships everywhere). Time hasn't been re-written. You could say 'It's playing out exactly how it

Except the Daleks.

My reaction was just like all those other reaction videos I hate so much, but I did it just the same.

December 25th.

I have never been more of a fangirl than I was when Tom Baker appeared. I was laughing and crying at the same time.

Now playing

But if Gallifrey exists. There is a chance that someone who was sent into very moment before it's destruction exists too. You know who I'm talking about. :D

That was INCREDIBLE. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. Ten and Eleven bickering, the Doctors being clever, TOM FUCKING BAKER and the new Doctor as well!

I saw Capaldi doctor!!

THIS is why we all wanted Stephen Moffat to be in charge of the show, and THIS is why we're all so disappointed that the show isn't always this good.

I'm glad they didn't drag out Cara not telling John she slept with Stephen, just like they didn't drag out Astrid finding out about his powers, or Cara finding out John can kill. Kudos to them on getting that stuff out pretty much right away.

LAZARUS PIT?? I THINK SO! WOOOHOOOO!!!!!!

You are correct sir on both accounts.

THROW IT ON THE GROUND.
