I said no such thing. I never once said that the game did not feature a hotspot indicator system, what I said was there were no indicators for me when I reached the final boss (accidentally) with a low completion rate. Unless you can duplicate my play through exactly, and take a screenshot of the area list then,

Wishful thinking. Mobile is a cash cow right now, once they bleed it dry or the casual gaming crowd moves on to some other fad, then we will see a move away from Mobile.

Its clear that you liked the game, and its clear that I hate it with a passion (in fact its the only RPG that I shut off and never finished since I started playing RPGs in 1987) You arguing as to why you think otherwise is not going to change that. As far as I am concerned FFX-2 is the blackmark on the Final Fantasy

I dont see how showing screenshots of the hotspot indicators prove anything. Unless you played the game exactly as I did, and did the exact content in the exact order, and you were at the exact same place in the story with everything exactly the same, any screenshots you take, don't make a bit of difference.

There is a difference between being given freedom and the game being extremely short unless you choose to do optional content that you have to actively seek out. When I stopped playing there was absolutely no indicator showing me where any additional content was. I visited a few areas, got nothing, shut it off and

Thats the point. You have to actively seek out content to do. I was not even aware that there was anything I missed and I was already at the end of the game with a very low percentage. Obviously I missed a good 2/3s of the content with such a low completion percentage, but I just played through the game like I have

The point is to have faster hardware that's easier for developers to program for and uses a more standard architecture.

I can see that there is a difference when we compare them side by side, but not enough to make one version dramatically more visually desirable than the other.

It hides a lot of graphical imperfections. If you changed it, you would see a bigger difference in graphic fidelity.

I am basing it on the fact that the story went nowhere, that it was boring, and short. I bought the game, played for a little bit the day I bought it, picked it up the next day and played for awhile. All the while I was giving the story and game the benefit of the doubt, just like a good show or game, it sometimes

So your rebuttal is that it may have a stupid story, and stupid character development, and be a stupid sequel, but its gameplay is good? You dont set the bar very high do you?

FFX-2 was short, it had a boring plot that went nowhere. While combat was better than many RPGs, it was a step down from FFX. Also I did not say it was the worst RPG, just the worst that I have ever played from a AAA developer. I am sure there are many bad RPGs out there, but they don't tend to make it through my

What? How does FFX and FFX-2 have anything to do with FFXIII?

I was never excited for versus and when they reannounced it as XV it was nothing but disappointment. I don't want it to be part of the main numbered series as I have no desire to play an action final fantasy

FFX is one of my favorite all time RPGs. FFX-2 is the worst piece of trash I have played from a AAA developer.

Its that a lot of next gen buyers (or potential buyers) skipped the last half of 2013. No point in buying games for a system that has its successor coming out soon. I spent the time clearing my existing backlog so I can put the PS3 out to pasture. Smart developers will release to both generations during the end of

A lot of us skipped most of last year on the PS3 because the PS4 was on the horizon. Clear the backlog. So re-releases of late PS3 games are a welcome addition.

There are also quite a few, like me, that had a PS3 since launch, but stopped buying non-sequel PS3 games once the PS4 was announced, and all PS3 games once the PS4 launched. This is a smart move by Sony.

I think thats only a small part of it. I think they are targeting me, and others like me. When the PS4 was announced, I stopped buying all PS3 games that were not sequels to games I already had. Once the PS4 launched, I stopped buying PS3 games altogether. Any developer that just targets the PS3 towards the end of

Friday the 11th is when you can transfer your licence from PS3 to PS4, at which point you get early access to the PS4 version.
