Well, I feel that breakfast helps ME lose weight because I'm not foodmonster hungry by the time lunch rolls around and I'll make a reasonable decision. So I don't really care about a study.

Oh gods yes. For better or worse, my best workouts are fueled primarily by rage, self-loathing, and the need to feel in control of something.

Working out hard also gives you a sense of control over your own life, accomplishment and tires you out enough so you can sleep. Totally worth it.

I actually JUST posted on another thread that I find Eric Northman insanely hot, but Alexander Skaarsgard sort of meh. So I completely understand this phenomenon.
