The popup video that sticks in my mind was Guns 'n Roses November Rain, where they pointed out the rediculousness of the plot of the video. Memorably to me was Slash moodily playing guitar in a field by himself. Popup: "Slash is sad".

I can think of two issues off the top of my head, particularly with the Frankenstien model; They may come back in rotting, or otherwise damaged bodies that are horrific to live in, and they may come back brain damaged, which is not something you'd want to wish on anyone.
