I am into this, so here is some more.

The 110 is only 7 inches longer than your LR4. Big, but not a long as, say, the new Ford Maveric, and it is a foot shorter than a Chevy Tahoe. The 90 is actually quite small. Nearly a foot shorter than your LR4.

I like this vehicle in theory quite a bit. That v6 and the towing numbers kick ass for the segment and are real pluses. I saw a new 110 coming home from the mountains on Saturday and in person i think it looks very good/purposeful.

I saw a new Defender the other day and it was very handsome. It looks a lot better in person than it does in pictures.

the only thing that makes really them any better than direct EV rivals is range. So getting a low range Tesla doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.

Except that just upgrading by one trim package (GS -> GS-P), you get the limited slip diff and upgraded suspension, plus then you’ll want the sport package for the better brakes, recaro seats, and lighter BBS rims. The Miata to have, as with most cars I think, is the *almost* base model, but not the complete base.

I am not a fan of Tesla, and the only thing that makes really them any better than direct EV rivals is range. So getting a low range Tesla doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.

1LT C8 Corvette Stingray -- the extra stuff in the higher trims is cool but man (if you can) bag one of these for $60k... anything beyond the LT2 behind you is superfluous.

My first thought as well. This is the obvious solution.

Someone would to “stick it to the libs.”

I feel like people absolutely would. Idiots but, you know, they’re out there!

but I still want to have some street cred with my uncles and cousins who still dominate the dirt track where I grew up.”

It’s true that there is still the Subaru Forester and the Mini Clubman”

I read something that suggested a lot of people who flew the last year or so were inexperienced in traveling that way, folks who were taking advantage of the low volume/ cheap flights and their own lack of judgement to fly when other people were not. In addition to not being appropriately cautious about a deadly

I don’t get the strong sense entitlement, the greed, the blatant selfishness, the controlling attitudes.

We really need a cross-carrier “No Fly” list for these idjits, and the FAA needs to make it clear that behaving like a jackass on an airplane will cost you dearly. I’m thinking $25,000 fine for the first offense, plus No Fly for at least a year.

My job will have me start back flying to our various operations later this summer. Always hated flying to begin with, but this stuff right here... this has me dreading it.

Does no one remember Michael Sam? Dude didn’t actually play in a game, but he was drafted and kissed his boyfriend on live tv when it happened. Has everyone just agreed that he wasn’t part of the NFL so someone else could be the first openly gay man to pay? Is he being whitewashed?

But it’s not a larger Grand Cherokee - that’s a unibody vehicle, this is body on frame. And while you’re correct that in this model it’s in Escalade/Navigator territory (both of which are awfully profitable), if you look at what fully loaded long wheel base Expeditions and Yukon Denalis sell for, there’s not that much
