That’s definitely his rehabbed image. In the 90s he was viewed as being much more “ruthless businessman" but he paid a lot of money for the Mr. Rogers image.

Let’s not call incidents like these “accidents” and instead refer to them as “crashes” or “collisions.” The word accident implies that the incident happened by chance and unexpectedly but most crashes occur due to negligence and/or willful misconduct.
