I ended up lucking out with a pharmacy about 25 minutes away. First Moderna shot was last Wednesday.  I’m relieved to have had it before the floodgates open on April 15th.

I’ve been into these lately:

I like the idea of the Taycan a whole, whole lot. I prefer the looks of the Panamera.  The fuel economy of the Panamera hybrid isn’t too shabby.  

The Panamera is the perfect pick. According to Porsche’s website, a 2021 Panamera 4S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo is right at the top of his budget for the base model. 552 hp, 0-60 in 3.5 seconds, 182 mph top speed. Stretch the budget a little, and he could get something like this:

Goddamnit, that thing’s ugly.  It just gets worse every time I see it.  That paint scheme certainly doesn’t do it any favors.  They need to send the design back to 1992 and fucking burn it.

I just watched excerpts from the Carlson/Gaetz interview. Most of the time the screen looked like this:

My realization 30 seconds in is that I’ll never love any thing as much as this guy loves trains.  I’m not entirely sure how to feel about that.  

I just hope his campaign commercials are as hilarious and weird as his Lincoln commercials.

The worst part of this is just how badly VW bungled their own bad joke. Could they really not have waited until April 1 to say that they were just kidding?

For the most part the DC movies haven’t been my cup of tea, but it’s really hard to imagine an actor better suited to play Superman.

They really captured the comic book villain angle in that pic.

I’m really not liking that cladding.

That thing is really ugly. Are they going to somehow make it an attractive looking street legal car?

This is good info. I’m rooting for them to succeed. I think that their work is vital to humanity’s longevity. Does the perfection of this craft (or something like it) and its landing method mostly come down to the need to refuel on Mars in order to come home?

Ah, well... Maybe we’ll still get the Rivian.
