Never Did No Wanderin' is a really great track, too. I love how subtle the humor is in it. If you're not paying attention you could miss the punchline.

A Mighty Wind and Best in Show are his two best movies, I think (if we don't count Spinal Tap, which his fingerprints are all over but he didn't direct).

Can't speak for anyone else, but I was a little younger than Short Round when I saw it and I thought he was cool as hell.

I loved ET as a kid, but I merely like it as an adult. I think you could make a case against it, for sure.

Aww, come on. There were great Hollywood movies in the 80s. Particularly 'Doc Hollywood' starring heartthrob Michael J Fox.

I wasn't aware that Always was disliked, much less that it was considered his worst film. From the comments it looks like I'm not alone.

It's Spielberg's boring direction, just nobody wants to admit it.

I'm a Geezer. It's Weezer.

Sounds like that Børns dude. He should scream "Electric Love" at the end.

It's definitely limp compared to the original, but it's not as diabolical as the Major Pink Panther theme.

I've always meant to check out all the weird anarchic music Chumbawamba allegedly has out there. I think Tubthumping is stupid, but it's good-stupid.

More like Flagpole Shitta!

Except this is the AV Club, which has a weird fascination with that shitty Harvey Danger song.

I mean, I'm sure there are racists who are mad that they cast a non-white girl as Mary Jane. Screw them, of course.

I've never seen him use it.

Yeah, I'm not sure we're supposed to believe they make it work, in the end, only that they agree to try.

Young Adult is your movie. Sort of.

Yeah, the Zoya-Fortune Cookie feud has to be what's coming next, to give room for Debbie to feud with Tamme. I'm cool with it.
