I will never get tired of that Sanford and Son theme.

The Show UnCosbyed
They can say that Netflix's more popular shows are less popular than their own shows when they speak to advertisers. Which might be technically true, but isn't really the point. NBC is competing with Netflix as a whole, not any individual program.
Basically ratings don't matter when you're talking about streaming. Available content and usage of Netflix is what matters. I could be watching Jessica Jones or freakin' reruns of Gimme a Break on Netflix and either way it means I'm not watching NBC.
Play fewer games. Spend more time lying in hammock, drinking lemonade, with hat covering face, while local anthropomorphic animals get into capers in my backyard, right under my nose, unbeknownst to me, until some unexpected event in their caper causes the hammock to flip over, spilling me onto the ground with a broad…
The Punisher
Night Thrasher
Excellent!
I wonder, though. I have a friend who speaks Spanish as his first language and he says Jar Jar is a lot funnier in the Spanish dub. I wonder if a Jar Jar who sounded more like TV's Crow would be… well, not a great character, but maybe not so objectionable. The voice is a big part of what's irritating about Jar Jar.
"Meesa going to be muy muy hitting all of your G-spotses!"
Yeah. I'm not the guy who gets to determine if we cut George Lucas slack here or not, but I do personally think it was more of a fuck up on his part while trying to world-build than it was something deliberately insensitive.
I'm sure a lot of them have mixed feelings about Jar Jar now that they're in adulthood, partly because the adult sensibilities kicked in and partly because he's just SO hated by fans that admitting you love him really must come with a kick to the balls.
"Hey, stop stealing my lines!" - Carrie Fisher, while partying with the Rolling Stones
Like a lot of children in the 80s, my first real exposure to David Bowie was through the movie Labyrinth - a film that was clearly under-appreciated at the time of its release. I enjoyed his performance and songs, but they gave no key to what an important artist he'd been in the 70s.
You know, honestly, I'm probably going to participate even less with pop culture this year. I feel like my head is just full of all sorts of trivial b.s. from years and years of gobbling up whatever caught my eye. Adding more to the pile just is not really fun for me, anymore. Life's gotta be about something more than…
I don't see any geodesic dome on that house so I'm going with no.
The consensus seems to be that SNES had far and away the better sound card, but I think the Genesis had that really funky bass sound that really gave a lot of their games a unique character.
Man. Now I want to spend the rest of the day playing the DKCR games. Awesome!
Elektra's Sais = That Damned Scroll
Eh, they made a great movie from the board game Clue. They could do a great video game movie if the right people were involved. Just, so far, it's been the domain of the Uwe Bolls of the world.
