I had a bad feeling about this game when I saw that Koraidon walked. Why?! I get that it’s a purposeful choice to have the motorbike Pokémon walk instead of use its big wheels, but it’s a stupid one!

Every season I’m surprised by how much I enjoy Jo. She’s not exactly a new character type, but the actor just nails it.

Without spoiling anything, the ankle wings fuckin’ ruled. 

Yeaaaaah, I think it’s time for me to finish Stormblood. Got burned out after powering through all the way to the first act of Stormblood, and I haven’t been back. My warrior of light’s probably like, “what the hell, dude?”

Yeah, 2 & 3 are the best, but I keep finding myself dwelling on seasons 5 & 6 during my annual rewatches. Those are weird and hiding something special.

Mythic Quest works best when it breaks the formula, so I’m excited to see how it’ll do it this season. I enjoy these characters—particularly Poppy, who is the worst but who also rules—and am excited to spend more time with them. 

I mean, Annie was training to be in the FBI. You could 110% cast Anderson in a cutaway gag at like, Quantico or something, and you’d have it make sense in-universe. You know, if Annie did in fact pursue that criminal justice degree and didn’t flame-out.

This one hurt, man. Conroy was my Batman. He’s the standard. The bar by which all other portrayals are judged. He nailed the Bruce Wayne side of Batman as brilliantly as he did the Bat. Grew up watching his Batman; he’s the voice I hear when I read or think Batman, you know? RIP to a legend. 

Watched the final battle this morning after not having followed Ash’s journeys since I was a kid. Did I get a little misty eyed? You bet your ass.

Enjoyed the first season a lot, and I particularly liked their willingness to burn it all down. Excited to see where they go from here.

Agree. God, I hate crafting systems. Like, let it be an optional thing that people can do, but don’t make me tediously “gather” 48 wooden sticks just so I can upgrade my ax.

The AVERAGE Twitter salary is 120k/yr... The average Coders salary in 221k/yr. If people would rather walk away from that, their unvested equity and all the perks - the I am sure there are a host of folks waiting to fill those seats...

Eh, they’ve had these suits since the second movie. Maaaybe even the first? It’s never been a particularly “realistic” action movie franchise, but you can tell that the people getting hurt feel it.

I’ll keep watching these if they keep making them.

Arcane is incredible. One of the best things Netflix has ever released. Can’t wait for season two.
