Personally, I’m hoping it’s Mojo re: all the TV screens and the whole sitcom motif. But there’s also a good chance it’s Mephisto. I think Agnes is out here trying to help rather than hurt Wanda. But I’m also just like, “what’s even going on?” and that’s so refreshing.

Damn it. I want to watch Justified again.

Reminds me of 911 Lone Star where the bar that the firefighters all hang out at after work is a honky tonk bar on 6th St.

Yes. Granted, I was sold from minute one because I love how weird they’re getting, but episode three may help if you need to see a sort of runway for their larger plan. It’s pulling outside the scope of Wanda’s world just a bit.

I finally convinced by wife to watch the trilogy with me back in December. She’d railed against them as “long, boring slogs” having only watched them as a child on TV. So, I convinced her to at least try the theatrical cuts with me.

It’s a silly show about silly being doing silly things. It’s not particularly clever, but I think I need that right now. Of the main cast: I strongly dislike the spoiled daughter character, but she’s buoyed by Vella Lovell’s character being obsessed with her. I’ll stick with it for the season, probably.

Someone Like You from Adele’s Ex’s Perspective” is so very, very good.

Oh, cool! I (am in) love (with) her.

I cannot believe that the pizzagate people are still around. Bless the counter-protesters.

Katie is fun. I thought this episode was a great showcase for her as a person. She seemed mature and kind. But man, was it torture to see the other women turn on Sarah that way. Like, I get that it’s a pressure cooker situation, but they were so mean.

I had the twist for the new Assassin’s Creed spoiled for me. It’s a little frustrating. That would have been a neat thing to experience for myself.

I liked Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti.

If someone initially says “$2000 checks will be going out the door,” why wouldn’t people expect a stand-alone check or deposit the equal of $2000? They didn’t say “we’ll make it $2000 total.” If they had, it would be a different story, but that isn’t what happened. And if the “we’ll make it equal to $2000" line is

Rogen’s an attractive man. Like, even on-screen I was like, “yeah, they look good together.”

I like this movie a lot. It’s not perfect. The messy “I’m a Republican” thing at the end was silly, and I thought it was ultimately unnecessary. I’m sorry, I’m not ready to be all “let’s be friends” with the folks who’ve been actively burning our country and planet to the ground right now, okay? It was a way to give

I haven’t read White Noise since college. I don’t actually know that I remember any of White Noise. But I do get the sense that maybe this isn’t the best pairing?

Y’know, I like videos like this, mostly. But one thing that bugs me is that sometimes they immediately cut to the next scene on a quip. We don’t get to see the reactions of the other people, or see how they react to being questioned. Or even just live in the awkward moment. (Granted, I wouldn’t want to be around these

That’s the good stuff. To me.

The ending of Black Flag is up there with the opening sequence of AC: II. By which I mean: it took my breath away.

I gave up after the initial Odyssey quest. The ship and traversal turned me off, and it didn’t feel like an Assassin’s Creed game. There was nothing Assassin’s Creed-y about it aside from the synchronization. Even its predecessor, Origins, felt like an AC game. But...then like, earlier this year I installed it, and
