Oh, thank God. I binged it all last week, and it blew me away. Intimate, neurotic, and heartwarming all at once. I was worried it wouldn’t connect with wider audiences, but I’m so glad it did. The Risotto episode was wild and frustrating. I remember those early days of the pandemic. It feels like so long ago, but...it

I’m going to give a special shoutout to Amanda LaRusso and her actor here. The writers have done such a good job building up Daniel’s wife, someone who absolutely does not give a shit about karate, and still keeping us from seeing her as an enemy. Like, that’s a thankless role, but the actor’s doing a great job of

Discovering this show earlier this year was a blast. Can’t believe how pitch-perfect a continuation it is. It takes everything as seriously as it needs to be taken...while still acknowledging how silly it is that these two grown men have “warring karate dojos.” Kumiko and Chozen being back is wonderful news. So hyped.

Honestly, yeah. Hell yeah. Multiverse in the MCU, baby. Let’s go. Get animated Miles Morales in there. He’s animated, and we don’t question it.

Ugh, she’s so cool.

I still think Hader’s going to win an Oscar within the next ten years. I have no idea if he will, but I...just get this feeling that he’s going to.

They bringing back Roxy/Lancelot? Otherwise, I don’t care.

Selena is La Reina Por Siempre. She’s basically a Saint in Texas. But this show seems like it wasn’t up to the task of what that means, sadly. And it shows.

Dude, you were Aragorn. You were in three of the best films ever made. Your career will be fine. You can move on and find something else to do. Green Book doesn’t need your help here.

I’m hoping Witcher 2 shows up on GamePass soon. My first route I sided with the Redanians. I want to meet Saskia proper.

This is one of those games that I’ve been looking forward to for years. It’s my most-anticipated game. But I’m waiting. I’m going to wait until I have a new console because I know that my current consoles (the base PS4 and Xbox One) will only highlight its flaws and not enhance its best features. I’d rather get an

Slideshows: bad.

Eh, it didn’t upset me. It’s patently a joke, just a bad one. I like Sedaris, and I have loved many of his books. But I always figured he’d end up an out-of-touch rich guy. He’s pretty much made it clear that’s who he’s always wanted to be and recent books have shown that’s exactly who he is...just, y’know, amusing

I imagine this will lead us to Cassian Andor from idealist to, essentially, Bond in Casino Royale. Which is an interesting track, IMO. The Rebels are always shown as “heroic” but Rogue One showed just how much had to be sacrificed for the “greater good” when up against such an all-powerful enemy. So, I’m excited to

Yeah, I had no idea about the background. I just...thought it was funny. Because it is!

Ah, hell. The RGV’s screwed now.

Neat!

Yeah, I like Naomi. I like that there was the whole “mystery” aspect, but I’m still sort of waiting for her big breakthrough. I’m still not 100% on her powerset, to be honest.

The Mandalorian being a showcase for different directors’ takes on Star Wars is smart. Keep at it, y’all. See who else you can get. Go wild. I mean, shit, would Herzog direct an ep?

Rachel Brosnahan is one of the most charismatic actors working today, were I to judge her career by the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel alone. So it’s surprising to hear she wasn’t “especially dynamic” in a lead role. Still, the movie seems like a fun diversion from what I’ve seen of it.
