Awww, fuck you, COVID. (And Netflix.) I was looking forward to seeing them wrap everything up. I want to see where Ruth et al. end up! How about a movie or something? Like you did with Sense8? Air it in 2022, and then set it in the ‘90s. Will Alison Brie and the rest of the cast be fine? Sure, but they deserve to end

Yeah, it must be conditioning at this point. But it’s button location more than letter association for me. The bottom button is “confirm/action/etc.”, the left button is “next”, the right button is “back/cancel,” and the top button is “heavy attack.”

As someone who spent the Witcher 3 playing with the School of the Cat and School of the Wolf armor sets, this isn’t my favorite armor. But it’s appropriately goth and dude looks hot in it, so I can deal.

Ah, so as a game, it’s a play on GTA: Online, sort of? Looks fun enough, and I like Reynolds as a lead. So, sure.

The death knell of the Republican Party as a viable institution cannot come soon enough. But I fear that they’ll keep trying to take us all down with them before letting that happen.

Oh, to be able to vibe like this dude, even once.

January? Oh, good. I was thinking we would have to wait until next summer. I am itching to watch season three. The season two finale was harsh.

</someone else cited the article I shared but much more eloquently.>

I would likely not have considered watching this until I saw it was Gibney who was behind it. He’s so far been very, very good at distilling conmen’s cons into chilling but digestible films. Guess we’ll see. It’s very a little frightening to be getting a COVID-19 documentary while the pandemic still rages.

The opening was chilling. You know where it’s going, but the pure mundanity of the execution (both of the sequence and the literal murder) was scary shit.

I dunno much about this show, but this sounds amazing.

The first movie terrified me as a child. The practical effects were just weird and gross enough to stick forever in my memory. This one doesn’t seem quite as willing to go weird as the first adaptation. My wife loves that movie, so I’m curious what she’ll think of this.

Aubrey Plaza but as her character from Legion would have been an inspired choice.

Tomer Capon and the writers infused a character originally written as a joke about French stereotypes into easily my favorite character on the show. This episode was a gift for Frenchie fans, like me. I have said it repeatedly, and I haven’t yet been proven wrong: The Boys has surpassed its source material in every

Let me go hunting with Artemis!

You don’t really believe it’ll happen.  Despite the high likelihood, the sheer brazenness of the man and his ilk, you still think he’ll manage to evade this. And then it happens, and you don’t know what to think so you head on to the A.V. Club instead of sleeping like a responsible person.

I genuinely kept expecting him to have a heart attack on stage. Dude looked unwell, even for him.

Fuckin’ Biff Tannen over here damn near soiled himself on stage. It was such an embarrassment. High school elections have more decorum. I’ll be surprised if there’s a second one considering how bad Trump looked up there. Biden looked downright stately compared to Trump, which is wild. I still think Bernie would have
