When I was a pre-teen, all I wanted was to be able to play this game. It seemed cool as hell! And you know what, reading through this article: it still seems cool as hell. I don’t know. I sadly never got a chance to play it. I’m sure they could’ve found a way to both acknowledge this game as canon while bringing

Haha, they’re probably for blocking. But they hella look like tiny spears, right?

Also, the demon possession hit was SO COOL.  They’re finally toying what having the Devil solving crimes can really be, and I hope we get more supernatural stuff like that soon. “He’s the King of Hell, so he’s great.”

It’s a good look for her. Dang.

Lucifer season five, baybee! Dan’s into essential oils now.

(Also, slideshows are bad.)

Do not kill DC Universe. Rather, expand its comic subscription offerings.

One, I love that collar and cowl. Not a big fan of the wrist guard spears, but I can deal if it means we get that sweet, sweet collar and cowl. Two, I’m glad that they’re keeping Batman on the lither end of the spectrum. No shade to Batfleck, who I thought did a decent job with what he was given, but Batman shouldn’t

I mean, if it comes out at the drive-in theater: I’ll watch it. But I’m not going into no dang movie theater.

Boo, this show’s a joy. Really think a streaming network would be smart to pick it up. Would love to see what else Waters can get up to, though.

I’m going to say it: Advanced Warfare had the best multiplayer movement and customization options. I’m playing (addicted to, hating) the new Modern Warfare a lot, but gah, it’s infuriating at times. I hate the movement. I hate the customization. I hate the UI. I hate most of the maps. But I’ll admit that they cracked

Ah, bummer. I wasn’t sure what I was expecting, but I was hoping for something a little more clever. Or at least something that tried to live up to that heartbreaker of an ending.

Weirdly, Hulu’s approach would work way better for shows like this and The Joel McHale Show.

Now playing

Still annoyed that we never got Weedfest.

Story opens with Morpheus’ funeral, I guess? And then we pull a Men in Black 3?

What a riveting hour of TV. Letitia fuckin’ Lewis, indeed. And I would give anything to look as good in a white shirt as Jonathan Majors, goddamn. The Shoggoths looked cool as hell; excited to see where the show goes next.

Eh, I think Aang’s a better protagonist, overall, but they’re both great characters. Aang has to become a hero after losing everything. Korra starts out a hero but then has to rebuild herself in the course of her journey. Aang was a better bender, but Korra’s got a killer instinct. Korra, IMO, has the same issue that

Mentioned it in another thread, but IMHO from what we’ve seen: she would absolutely exile or kill anyone who stepped out of line. And like, the water wouldn’t last if it flowed freely, right? She’d end up a warlord—by necessity, granted, and a million times kinder than Joe, but still. It would still be a pretty good

Yeah, I hadn’t thought about it, but it makes a lot of sense. For one, there was no way they were going to let the water flow that freely for long. I think it would be one of those “benevolent fascism” approach to things. Where she treats her subjects well, but they’re still HER subjects. They stay in line, get
