Love the double standard that somehow less cylinders means you're not compensating on 44s.

Do you mean the propeller? Or the engine? The engines are gigantic and then are normally run through reduction gears.

Well, I know that BMW is interested in the model as well as Audi, and if it is successful, I can see big names coming online (if Tesla is successful) to avoid the salesperson interaction that hampers their reputation, and is at best a consistent uncontrollable element.

"As governor, I'd promote these kinds of initiatives while making sure that we also takes steps to retain existing businesses – like car dealerships, in this case – that contribute to and make a huge difference in the local and state economy."

Honestly, I was looking into leasing a small car that would be reliable and get decent fuel economy. The Mazda 3/6 would've been my choice until I looked at the price. A near fully loaded Cruze/Fiesta is a lot more appealing than a 3 with middling options.

Dodge Durango R/T. Makes great noises, goes fast, seats 7 comfortably, has DVD players in the back, and needs ZERO explanation.

That means you're a Millennial by the way.

While I'm sure this has already been pointed out in some other comment, the 5.9 was available in Dodges in a half-ton prior to 2004. It was also in the Jeep Grand Cherokee and was basically just the 383. The other v-8 was the 5.2 which was effectively the 318. Then there was the 4.7 SOHC....now I'm just rambling....

I've now canceled any plans to visit Gino's in Philly. Thanks for the heads up.

See, I've got a game plan for this movie. I'm going to watch the Vanishing Point remake, then I'm going to watch 200+ MPH, then I'm going to watch Redline, AND THEN I will go see Need for Speed. I'll be so delirious from the terrible crap movies, that Need for Speed will seem brilliant.

We had the same short Cloverleafs in Connecticut. It is one of those times when you really don't want to be driving anything other than a sporty car.

Actually, just before I left Colorado in 2008, Highway Patrol was starting to ticket for impeding the flow of traffic. If you couldn't maintain 45 mph in the right lane, or weren't actively passing in the left lane, you got a ticket. Not sure how often it was happening, but anything is better than nothing.

Or just pass them. I'm not saying I've done this, but I'm not saying I haven't either.

One that didn't make the cut: MERGE AT SPEED. The most annoying thing on the highway is the backup caused at every on ramp because someone doesn't know how to get up to 55 mph and merge. They merge below the speed limit and are timid.

There was a TV show on Travel Channel that featured these guys competing. If memory serves, this dude was from Missouri and actually lost. Some info and pictures here

Am I the only one who sees a METRIC TON of Mazda's current design language in that front end?

Yeah, I love the Fiero (maybe because I owned one, maybe because I'm weird) so I gave these guys another chance in the hopes that, just maybe, it would be a decent review. But like a bad record at a vinyl store, I kept jumping the needle ahead in the hopes that it would get better. It didn't. Shame considering the car

This is the pairing down that inevitably follows an overextension of the brand. I am curious (also hoping) that BMW encounters the same realization within the next product cycle. Mini was great when it debuted because it was pure(-ish). It was one model that had decent quality and a lot of niche value. When you start

Though it probably won't be mentioned as he admitted to being the driver, without his face on film (I may be wrong here, but I'm pretty sure he didn't have a GoPro moments), they only have his own admission to the fact it was him behind the wheel.

Too easy of a choice. With the MIG I can finally challenge Bob Lutz to a proper dogfight. Or I can just have him fly it and scare the crap out of me.
