Seriously, the odds were with the commenter.  Cops shoot black men a lot quicker than they shoot white men.

I don’t think I would worry about a salvage title on a vehicle from 1973. Even a clean-titled truck from that era will drive like crap on-road.  Still too expensive.

I dunno, I was just responding to someone else’s idea.  Anyway, it would be an interesting way to get “reasonable doubt” on the jury if he could show evidence that someone else might have wanted to frame him.

LOL, the other commenter said the nurse might claim he had sex with another employee (consensually) who then collected the semen and impregnated the patient to frame the nurse.  Thus, it would be interesting to know if the nurse actually had such interaction with another employee.

Would be interesting to hear whether he had relationships of that nature with anyone else at the facility...
