People in general, really. Women don’t have exclusive rights to terrible communication methods.

Yes

Hari is already well known and respected.

I wish this were true, but ultimately a publicly traded company has to please the pockets of its shareholders, rather than gamers. The development teams might be on our side, but those who actually control what happens to the company are under a different thumb when push comes to shove.

In this case, I think it’s her depression talking. Her self worth is already low and she probably feels bad that she has no libido. OP masturbating might remind her that their sex life isn’t great and feed her depression’s self-hatred.

Speaking as someone who was also formerly an awkward girl as a teen, no one wanted to date me either. But they never think of that.

Also, way less of the cool kids were actually getting down and dirty with it than you thought.

Count me in on that sweet sweet censorship.

For real. By far the biggest overwatch streamer and star is Unit Lost, and his persona is unfailingly positive and excited. Maybe try a different tactic than “grumpy friend from my childhood who would never give up the controller” and go for something actually fun to watch.

They’re the MOST horrible when they choose sex themselves, though.

Oh yes. You’re not just owed women, you are owed exactly the kind of woman you want, usually 8-10 on attractiveness. Those other nerdy, average looking ladies who are also socially awkward are out of the question.

For real. Emergency response take note. That rage will turn into violence.

It’s impossible for women to be bullied and have turned to games for the same reason, and still be rejected anyway! Dontchaknow.

Honestly, this is why a healthy union system is important. But in the U.S. they’re being vilified and weakened rather than strengthened to a reasonable degree.

It’s possible, although a big departure from eSports to regular sports is that many of the high ranked players become famous and picked up by teams because of their Twitch/Youtube presence (in addition to their skill.) In order to get noticed, players often have online “personalities” for entertainment value. Compare

It just seems like it’s a bad combination of video game culture, fragile male bravado, low behavioral standards of esports leagues, and YouTube “for the lulz” stardom of many pros that makes the whole thing look unprofessional and messy.

Honestly both Kephrii and Taimou seem like typical immature internet bros. I want to like esports but half the top players are so insufferable it’s unwatchable.
