It's a weird place to springboard a discussion about the drinking age in America. It seems like you're defending him because drinking at his age in Canada would be no big deal.

But you can't really separate the alcohol as being on it's own in Justin Bieber's case, because it wasn't. So I'm not really sure what the point of your initial comment is?

I really don't think that the drinking age is comparable to civil rights. At all.

I'm not sure I really want to get in on this conversation, but here goes anyway: a lot of people can't afford better. Fresh produce is expensive in terms of both time and money, and it's great that you have committed to eating only these, but many people are stuck with canned, processed, and frozen because it's the

The Taft one made me literally laugh out loud. Love it.

Why does this keep happening? Why is this lesson not being learned over and over again? How many times do people have to be called out on being blatantly racist before the next party-planners rethink their "ethnic" themes?

This makes me want LEGO 3D nails.

She's nothing if not a perfectionist when it comes to getting her stitches to look right, especially on fancier projects. What I appreciate about it the most is that she takes the time to tell you how to do a stitch step by step, and do it right, no shortcuts. She also shows you when she messes up and how she fixes

Have you seen this website? This woman, Mary Corbet, has an excellent blog with great tutorials, tips, and product reviews for free. Like she does this in her spare time, plus she seems like a really nice person. I read it pretty much every day and have learned a lot. I am a lot better at stitching than when I started

Gosh, not even. I can hold ten handkerchiefs in one hand, easy. My fullest load of laundry could still take a dozen of these without blinking an eye. Other than the environmental impact of their manufacturing, they have basically zero additional water and soap impact.

I disagree, it's not like handkerchiefs take up any room. Twenty of them would still fit into that load of laundry you are doing anyway. They're so small, they take up effectively zero extra space in the laundry.

Or use silk threads and a high quality needle. Gold plated needles aren't as expensive as they sound and go through fabric like a dream and last longer. Steel needles can be fine too, but they need to be changed out frequently. But yeah, silk threads. Amazing. Even a good cotton helps tenfold. /embroiderer

Maybe to you, but not to me. I always see them ending up in people's pockets, purses, on the table, littering everything. Ew.

Lilo and Stiiiiiiiiiiiitch!

Really? If I cut myself and blood gets on my clothes or get vomit on myself when I'm sick, it goes in the wash like anything else. I really don't see the difference other than our culture's issues with icky lady things.

Counter-counterpoint: I'm gagging over the thought of those nasty little crumpled pieces of tissue, which tend to litter everything. Ughh

I think some people just assumed he was a woman because of the ultrasound thing. Doesn't make him less of a troll on the thread, but if his other comment history is true, he's definitely a man.

Pssst — in all of jrh13's five or six comment history, he indicates he's a man. I know, huge surprise.

Never. You're here to prove a point, not to have an actual discussion and exchange of ideas. Why bother.

I just snorted through my nose and got the creepy shivers at the same time. A+ comment.
