Ehhh I don't know, it kind of looks more like she has a nice slip on, but forgot her dress.

There were so many of these men on the trains in my last city. I would just sit down on the seat they're taking up anyway. Eventually the descent of my ass would make him move his leg. Or I'd say "is this seat taken?" The response to which is always a dumbfounded look or "no", so I'd start to sit, repeating process

I'm a parent and I agree with you. That being said, if a child is well-behaved and mature enough to be as reasonably quiet as any other diner, I don't see the problem with their mere presence. If you wouldn't have noticed the child other than their unusually small physical appearance in a fancy restaurant, I don't

I agree. There's a spectrum here. "Kids will be kids" is used way to often to excuse abhorrent behavior that the parent doesn't feel like dealing with, but it's also a legitimate statement when some tightwad complains that children are laughing on the bus too loud.

When I was pregnant, I went to a doctor in a working-class town. The doctors were very good, but completely unrealistic about their general demographic. I made barely enough to cover our expenses and they were telling me to eat organic food for the baby's health. I thought: can we please just start with "more green

Now playing

Silly Mr. Palmer, doesn't he know that people only ever want to cosplay the rich and powerful people of yesteryear?

I don't know what the Swedish law system is like, but I hope he gets the Swedish equivalent of disbarred. His ruling is a fucking crime.

I agree. And I wish that parents like your friend would not bother bringing their children and ruining it for parents who have well-behaved children. There are certainly inappropriate venues for children of any kind (bars come to mind, or late at night). But there are well behaved kids out there who are polite, kind,

Your response is really great, thank you for writing this. I don't know if I could be so level-headed in the face of all these seriously racist remarks. If this wasn't the anonymous internet, I would buy you a drink.

Wow, that last shot is beautiful and seriously creeps me out. I love it.

Wow, I want to be beautiful enough to wear that white dress. Never going to happen, but in my dreams...

I know he started it as a joke and to prove a point, but I'm actually pretty proud of him that despite dubious origins of the experiment, he learned something from this experience and then shared it. One of the worst things about the internet is people can pretend to be who they are not, but it can also be a learning

Probably because he got TOTALLY ROBBED

I really love her dress and I think she's beautiful, but I don't think the makeup artist did a great job transitioning from her face to her neck. She's coming off as way too yellow-orange and one-dimensional on her face. From far away it's okay, but the closeups don't look as good.

Holy shit, that is one bigoted comment. Adopted or not, you don't get to decide who should and shouldn't have children by whatever methods. And "poor people have too many children already," are you trying to be an elitist asshole?

I wondered this too. Are these people of equivalent ages and areas of life? I'm not saying that it's impossible for people without children to still do significantly more to maintain their relationship, but I wonder what other factors might be at play other than just the children.

Seriously. I was in diapers when that happened but how is it that everyone is conveniently forgetting these egregious crimes? Oh, it's because they are rich, famous, privileged, and powerful. I forgot. HOW SILLY OF ME.

While they were married, I believe, although their entire relationship seems fraught with abuse. From this 1991 article:

What? Holy shit, I just googled that, I had no idea. Fucking dammit, fuck Hollywood. Fuck you all.
