Can a butterfly sing?

Scooter? I kid, I kid.

Hearing Penny made me miss Happy Endings! Also, last season's episode with Casey Wilson.

That was a great montage, though. Not on the same level as the puppies montage to "Murder Train," but it was good.

I thought it was him too.

Also, Marshall's mom is nowhere near terrible. Lily is just, ugh.

So you actually didn't watch the whole episode? Thanks for your input.

That was Shelly. Played by the lovely Eva Amurri. Also, I hope Ted asks Barney what he does for a living just to have Barney and Robin respond "…please" in unison.

That camp grew bigger when they jerked us around for a whole year of Zoey. That was frustrating. You don't notice when binge-watching, though.

Reading the press releases/description for next episodes it seems that this is the last completely filler episode they do.

Fair point. You have to give me the slow-mo slap, though. That stuff was gold.

That Marshall and Robin high five was a…waitforit…dorable, adorable.

Did you dislike the fact that it was a filler episode or just thought it wasn't funny? There were some good jokes in there.

I think the long lay off had people hoping for more mythology, I guess? I knew the name of the episode before watching it, so maybe that's why I liked it… I knew what to expect?

I think it was, "enough to take this slap for me?"

Well, maybe if you think the portrayal of a very common trope such as the martial arts/master and student dynamic that you find in various media platforms is somehow indicative of all Asian people.

Mosbius Designs (4x20) he's mad that Ted hired a male assistant because he started hooking up with Robin because: "LOOK AT HER — SHE'S THE GREATEST WOMAN ON THE PLANET… I'm getting off topic." His words.

There are so many subtle moments all throughout the series between those two starting from the Pilot.

If you're referring to me, it just strikes me as ignorance from people as to what case I'm making. I have said time and time again that Barney is a terrible human being, a manipulative asshole, and an insensitive jerk. I am not defending Barney's behavior, I do not sympathize with Barney, I am not celebrating his

Just watched the episode and I'm pretty sure somebody covered this last week. Those women were not coerced into sex by Barney representing an authority figure, if anything, they were going to willingly use sex as an advantage for getting off those tickets/charges. Which is just as morally reprehensible.
