It’s light, but Austen-like, so it was a pleasant listen (audiobook, 90% of my reading is audiobooks now).
I love Lonesome Dove, accurate or not. It was extremely well done, and still very watchable almost 30 years later.
Only an amateur historian, but, despite the inaccuracies, I still managed to love The Borgias (Showtime version), Da Vinci’s Demons, and a pile of other cable, PBS, and BBC productions, though I still shook my head at them regularly.
Wait a minute. I read a book that said Darcy was a vampire.
It’s still more than the average Game of Thrones episode, and there’s no CGI, no horses, minimal costume costs, etc.
I used to work a graveyard shift and would be getting home around 5 a.m. There was one light that did the same thing. It was right next to the local cop shop, of course, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was accidentally/deliberately set like that. I would jump out, hit the crosswalk button, and jump back in as quickly…
This is very much not a toy for labradors.
I’m looking at how tight the crotches are in those suit pants and I think they meant to put that total length was in centimeters, not inches. They were obviously drunk and used the wrong side of the ruler.
Fundegelicals don’t read the Bible. They memorize a few dozen verses, the verses that their pastor harps on every week. Most of us ex-Christians became ex-Christians because we read and studied the Bible, did a WTF, and walked away.
My ex’s mother is Jewish, from Russia and Poland. They have very little body hair. His American average body hair seems to have come from his father’s side, which is part French.
I was formulating some theories while reading Fifth Season, and Obelisk Gate is confirming most of them, so I’m feeling pretty good.
I was so excited to finally be followed on Pictorial and The Slot.
Thanks! I’m hoping I can retire out of the U.S., with my preferences being Scotland, Ireland, and New Zealand. But, I’ll have to check that out in a few more years.
I just mentioned it. I forget to fill in the gaps. I have an autoimmune disease that was just recently diagnosed. I take pills for the chemo. There’s been minimal hair loss. But I have been getting some weird rashes, and my skin is hyper tender.
I’ve got two kids who are close to adults, but definitely still need me. And I’d like to retire and have some time to myself someday.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I was in elementary school way long ago, and the policy at that time was to split up twins. I don’t know if that’s still the standard.
It sounds like you need to see a physiatrist or neurologist. Work Comp, though, can be a pain in the ass for second opinions. Orthopedists are not for soft tissue injuries.
