Real talk. My mother spent almost a month in the hospital because of pneumonia. It was terrifying.

Nordstrom Rack is the truth. I also just discovered Macy’s Backstage. It’s a section of the store that’s modeled after discount places like TJ Maxx or Nordstrom Rack. 

Hello fellow Tundra dweller! I love/hate the fact that sometimes it gets too cold to snow in this state.

My dumbass cousin has been sharing memes on Facebook about why black folks shouldn’t vote, and how she’s proud for not voting.

I worked at this eternal store for 9 months. It was one of the most stressful experience of my life, to the point that I lost weight. I’m still physically and mental scarred by some of the bullshit at that place.

I used to work at a fast fashion store at that mall. This is the least surprising thing I’ve read all day. 

I got a FilmStruck membership for school last year. I ended up dropping it because the selection of movies available for screening at that time were kinda lackluster. Also, I could only watch films on my iPad and phone since the service wasn’t compatible our Roku.

Thank you! I am getting help. It isn’t easy, but I’m working hard every day. 

I recently realized that we’ve been at war for half of my life. Like, I have very clear pre 9/11 memories and very clear post 9/11 memories.

I want Melissa McKinnies to have peace. I want her to have justice. She does not deserve any of this.

Me and two of my siblings got chicken pox as kids. We all got it around the same time, and it was a hellacious month in the Burner household.

I’m a twin. My mom had baby leashes for my sister and I. I actually remember mine (I was a wanderer.) It kept her sane when she had to run errands with the two of us.
