I’m sorry you went through all of that. I got the mirena IUD for my super bleeding. I no longer get periods, but my fibroids are still growing.

Thanks for the advice! I think I want to have the surgery, but I’m a little scared. I think I’ll seek out a second opinion on whether I can safely have the laperscoptic surgery.

You sound like someone who has never suffered from Fibroids. I’m jealous. I’m 32 and my fibroids cause me so much pain that I have to wear loose clothing over my belly. They affect my quality of life. It sucks.

I’ve been suffering from Fibroid pain for about 3 years now. I literally missed work this week because of degenerating fibroid.
