Black Minneapolis resident here. I think you both make valid points. This isn’t some sort of racial safe haven, but it’s not the worst place to be right now. Minneapolis is pretty freaking liberal and damn near socialist in some ways.

I understand. I had some problems finishing last season. That being said, the election stuff was the one thing I enjoyed about it, and I hope they focus more on the scandal of the in show election this season, as opposed to Fitz and Olivia’s train wreck of a relationship.
