They were great for dialogue. Since Bethesda has completely revamped the dialogue system, I’m not terrible surprised but am disappointed.

Yeah but I think Lady Killer/Black Widow are less sexual now and I am hoping you will get option to have similar dialogue choices regardless in the game.

Not really, some games simply can’t do regular controller support without drastically changing the entire game. I mean take WoW, how would you go about implementing controller support for that?
